🐢 4-Year-Old Horsfield Tortoise – Looking for a Loving Home 🐢 I am looking for a lovely, caring and knowledgeable new home for my 4-year-old Horsfield tortoise. She is a healthy, well-cared-for tortoise who is used to being handled gently and is a lovely little character. About her: * 4 years old * Horsfield (Russian) tortoise * Female * Healthy and well looked after * Used to gentle handling * Has been kept with the correct lighting, heating and environment. Outdoor time: During the warmer summer months, she can enjoy venturing outside in suitable weather, around 25°C, in a secure outdoor tortoise enclosure. She should always have access to shade, shelter, water and be supervised. 🥬 Diet : Horsfield tortoises are herbivores and need a varied, high-fibre diet consisting mainly of weeds, flowers and leafy plants, including: She usually eats - * Dandelion leaves and flowers * Plantain leaves * Sow thistle * Hawkbit * Hibiscus flowers Shop brought - * sow thistle * Watercress She should also have fresh drinking water available daily and calcium supplementation as appropriate. Equipment: Her tortoise equipment and setup can also be discussed. 📍 Collection from Uttoxeter, close to Derby. A loving home is my biggest priority.
