Selling my 4 year old tortoise (Shelly) as we don't have the time for her sadly. We do not know yet if she is infact a male or female as between 5 and 6 years of age is best way to tell what gender. We have been referring to them as a she. Loves toddling around the garden eating the grass and loves exploring indoors. You will need a set up ready for her as its just the tortoise I'm selling. You no longer need an Article 10 certificate to sell a captive-bred Hermann’s tortoise within Great Britain. Regulatory Change: As of June 23, 2026, captive-bred Testudo hermanni (Hermann’s) tortoises moved to CITES GB Annex X, removing the requirement for a DEFRA Article 10 certificate for domestic commercial trade within Great Britain.
