Description
It is with extreme sadness that I am having rehome my puppy, Briar. Due to a separation and sudden change in living situations, I am now forced to find her a new forever home as I cannot provide her with the time and care she deserves.
Briar is the friendliest puppy in the world, she is extremely well socialised with other dogs and is still at that adorable curious phase where everything is new and exciting.
Being a typical Husky she will find the most random places to roll over and fall asleep and from the German Shepherd side she is extremely intelligent.
In the time I have had her she has been taught the following tricks: Sit, Paw, "Other Paw", Lie Down, Wait, Heel, Cross (for crossing roads) and if you say "Awh Nice" she'll come and bury herself into you for a hug.
She is extremely food motivated, so continued training would be essential for her in her development stages and someone who has previous experience with large dog breeds and knows how to care for them is a non-negotiable, as she still has a bit of work to do on her recall of the leash. (She gets excited when seeing other dogs because she wants to be friend with EVERYONE)
I've noticed she isn't the best with cats so she cannot be homed with them but other dogs especially if they are large breeds she'd love to form a new pack.
It truly breaks my heart to have to reohme her but I do not have any other option. She will come with all of her favourite toys and food, bowls, bed and anything else you'd need to get her settled quickly.
She loves attention and has enjoyed being looked after by helping friends over the past few weeks and is not phased by much, I just want what is best for her.
Please only serious enquiries, as you can imagine this is a really tough decision to have had to make.
