Description

English setter Marco is a very handsome boy aged 5. He is housetrained, sleeps quietly overnight and eats well. Walks great on his harness and lead. Gets on great with people, kids and dogs when out and about. He isnt keen on cats! He is great with everyone, behaves wonderfully when out and about on his walks, in cafes and on the beach, mixing with people and dogs, he loves it all. He is a typical setter with the usual high prey drive and energy so an active home would suit him. Rescued by Setter Saviours a year and a half ago and with the same family since then. Currently in a home with 2 adults and 2 children 8 and 12 years. Its a busy household with lots of people including lots of kids coming and going and Marco is finding that very confusing. The household dont have the time and resources to meet Marcos needs and he is starting to resource guard the owners from constant visitors, this is only in the house, never outside where he is perfect. Not an easy decision for the family but the right decision for Marco. So we are looking for a home that can give Marco time, exercise, commitment and love.
