Rocky is a beautiful 11–12 month old German Shepherd who is looking for a loving forever home.
At just 6 months old, Rocky was sadly left on a family member’s doorstep, and we took him in to help. He’s been with us since, but unfortunately due to our work commitments and having a toddler, and financial situation we’re unable to give him the time and attention he truly deserves.
Rocky is still very much a puppy and full of energy, enthusiasm, and love. He has had some basic training, knows a few tricks, and is potty trained, but he is still quite jumpy and would benefit hugely from consistent training and structure.
He would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time, loves long walks, and ideally lives near open fields or has access to safe space where he can run freely and finally just be a puppy.
Rocky is affectionate, playful, and has so much potential in the right hands. This is a heartbreaking decision for us, and we’re only looking for a home that will love him, commit to him, and give him the life he deserves.
He can be a bit nippy and jumpy so would not recommend to someone with young children. Fine with dogs that he been introduced to on walks and family dog. Also has been groomed before.
He is chipped but we don’t know where and could never get his paperwork of his owners.
