Description
Extremely affectionate, confident and beautiful 6-month old female Tuxedo Ragdoll x Turkish Angora needs a new home.
She's playful, curious, endlessly busy, brilliant fun. She loves wand toys, boxes, climbing and generally causing chaos, and then she'll come and flop next to you when she's worn herself out. She's food motivated, easy to handle, litter trained, and completely healthy with no issues of any kind.
My wife and I bought her as a kitten, to be a companion to our resident fluffy ragdoll, Murray. Unfortunately, despite enormous effort from us both, Murray just won't accept another cat in the house.
We have spent several months on a carefully managed introduction, including working with a professional feline behaviourist for Murray, but now with a baby on the way, we now must concede that it isn't fair on either cat, or ourselves, to continue.
She has been faultless throughout and has never shown a moment's aggression or fear. Both cats have been separated into separate areas of the house, and only allowed supervised visual contact for brief moments every day.
We are heartbroken beyond words about this. Both cats are beautiful, placid and loving, but the work required to train Murray into accepting a new housemate is more than we have the capacity for.
She deserves a home where she can express herself freely and run around as if she owns the place!
This is very hard for us, so please understand that we want to make sure she goes to the right home. You are welcome to come round to meet her.
She is chipped and vaccinated, but not yet spayed.
