Description
I currently have three beautiful Kurilian Bobtail kittens available from my Russian import Pereslava, who will also be attending the FIFe World Show later this month.
The Kurilian Bobtail is still incredibly rare in the UK, but they are such a special breed. To me, they have that wonderful wild, forest-cat appearance, a little reminiscent of the Maine Coon, but in a more manageable size and with an exceptionally affectionate, people-orientated personality.
They are known for their distinctive natural bobtail, strong athletic build and unusual way of moving — often hopping almost like a rabbit. Their semi-long coats are beautifully silky and surprisingly low maintenance.
These kittens are adorable, confident and extremely sociable, with the playful, interactive temperament that makes the breed so addictive. They love being involved with everything going on around them and form very strong bonds with their people.
They have been raised around other cats and are used to normal household life.
Because the Kurilian Bobtail is still so uncommon here, I would also be very happy to support someone who may be interested in showing or potentially breeding in the future. The right kitten could be available with this in mind, and I am always happy to offer ongoing help and advice.
They will leave with their appropriate vaccinations, microchip, pedigree/registration paperwork and all the usual information and support from me.
