Meet Lia 🐾 Lia is a gorgeous, characterful little cat of around two years old who is looking for a home where she can really become part of the family. She is confident, sociable and very engaging, and absolutely loves people. She enjoys being involved in whatever is going on and is wonderfully vocal, often “chatting” to her humans. Lia is active, playful and full of personality, so she would suit a busy, interactive home with plenty of company. She isn’t quite a lap cat, but she loves being close to you and will happily snuggle up next to you when she’s tired. She can sometimes get a little over-excited during play, so she would be best suited to adults or a family with confident, sensible older children. Ideally, Lia would be the only cat, although she could potentially live with a confident, easy-going adult cat, ideally a male. A quieter or timid cat may find her a little overwhelming. We also think she could live happily with a cat-friendly dog. For her safety, we would like Lia to remain an indoor cat. Looks wise, Lia has a slightly unusual and very endearing little face. When she was rescued, she had suffered a broken jaw and an injury to one eye. Thankfully, she has made a wonderful recovery and is now fully healed. Her past has simply left her with a little extra character in her appearance. She is easy to handle, FIV and FeLV negative, and has a great appetite. She is also fully litter trained. Lia is a lovely, fun and interactive young cat with bags of personality. She would be perfect for someone looking for a companion who will chat to them, follow what’s going on and become a real part of everyday family life.
