Our naughty dogue de bordeaux, Cheeseburger, has had his way with our cane corso, Bailey. I don't think this is what Bailey was imagining the day we rescued her. Cheeseburger has had previous litters with our female dogue de bordeaux, we lost her, hence why we rescued Bailey. Having puppies is hard, this was not on my to-do-list again, especially as we have not long moved house! Bailey just had to be different, she had a season, an I kept the horndog away successfully, ready to get her spayed! Weeks after her season they were locked in, on our trampoline of all places. Bailey threw me a curveball and had a split/ silent season. Our puppies are now due Monday 12th October, so any day now!!! This will be the only litter to come from Bailey, raising puppies is not for the weak. I am contemplating keeping one as Cheeseburger is THAT dog, the one that will break me when his time comes. Keeping one of his offspring is very tempting. These puppies will be big, strong, loyal, lovable and protective. Experience or a love for the breed is a must! I will ask to keep in touch via a whatsapp puppy group chat. Obviously this is up to each owner but it is lovely to keep in touch. Puppies will be £1,000 regardless of gender. They will be vet checked, flea, wormed at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks, and of course puppies will be microchipped. I have found previously, that if I get the first vaccination, due to different veterinary clinics offering only one of two variations of vaccination, and being including in a puppy plan, it was uncessary for the puppies to go through. A bit about our dogs. Cheeseburger - A softy... if you are female, a child, a puppy, any baby animal, my dad or my partner... if you are a grown unkown man he will bark off at you. He is very protective of his family. He has great recall, he is obedient and is a mummy's boy! If ever I am sad, or unwell, this boy is stuck to me. I couldn't ask for a better boy, his distrust in men is actually something I prefer, I feel safe walking him. You will find the males to be larger and more protective than the females. Bailey - Talk about polar opposites. Bailey is an overly friendly tart who acts big and brave with Cheeseburger but then is an absolute melt. When I collected Bailey she was severly underweight, all ribs visible and her hib bones protruding. She had a bad UTI which had been left untreated plus fleas and worms. However, I do believe she was dearly loved, I believe her previous owners were just so inexperienced and lacked the funds to put into a large breed. Bailey is the most human-like dog i have encountered, how she sits, eyeballs you and how clumsy she is. We are always laughing in disbelief. I must add, she is also absolutely stunning, a beautiful cane corso, we are always stopped, she is always made a fuss of, and she loves it! Total attention seeker and loves her cuddles! I am excited to see what characters these two produce. The price is non-negotiable as this isn't the breed I want just anyone having and a lot of time, love and money goes into these puppies on my end. I am posting now to start a possible waiting list, although our pups are due any minite now, I also know nature can be cruel and not every pup in a large litter will make it 💔 Many thanks for reading this far.
