Here we have a nearly 18 month old failed working dog. She was originally bought to gather sheep but has shown no interest over the last year so we’re looking for a new loving home for this girl. She has been moved into the house to learn pet etiquette and is coming along in her house training massively. We recommend crating her as she still has some kennel dog traits that need to be worked on. This girl is affectionate and loves to be loved, she is on a mix of skinners biscuits and wainwrights meat for her meals (we can send you with the tins of meat) but has been sleeping in blankets as she has a habit of shredding beds. We advise a female home for her as she’s a little timid around men, but confident with women, I myself can walk her and she is no bother, but my partner struggles to walk her with being a man. Good with children but we would prefer a child free home or for children to be extremely respectful of her space as she’s adjusts to a new family life. Good with other dogs, she is still very playful, just don’t leave her unsupervised with other dogs if they are having a chew, as she will try to steal other dogs chews. If you’ve made it to the end of this and believe you could give her a good, active home please don’t hesitate to message. She will not be going to just anybody as she has some anxieties and isn’t suited for a first time dog owner, or somebody who hasn’t got the time to give her the exercise she needs. Her breeding is very much that of a farm dog and she needs to be with somebody who understands and can provide for that. If you have any questions, please ask. We need the right person so are going to be brutally honest about who she is and the character she has. Sadly we cannot keep her because she just is not taking to my partner and I have my own dog that needs to be worked with so she just would not get the sort of time or attention that she needs
