Description

Yak is a very handsome young lad who was surrendered by his hunter because he was no longer wanted for hunting. As you would expect from a young setter, he has a cheerful and playful character. He is very sociable with other dogs and shares a kennel with three other setters, getting along really well with them all. They share their kennel nicely without any issues and love playing together when they are outside. With people Yak is extremely affectionate and loving. He is very confident with everyone he meets and loves soaking up fuss. Yak has clearly had a tough start in life and arrived at the shelter very thin. The team are doing their best to help him gain some weight, and this will probably need to be continued in his new home. Yak can be rehomed with children and can be cat tested for the right home.
