Meet Dotty — the sweetest little girl you could ever imagine! 🐾❤️
Dotty by name, Dotty by nature… our gorgeous, lovable little Dolly Dotty! ❤️
Dotty’s story began in Romania, where she was found abandoned as a puppy by a riverbank and taken to a safe shelter. There, she flourished alongside the other dogs and cats before travelling to the UK at around six months old.
Four months ago, Dotty went into her first home. We believed she had settled in well, but sadly, despite regular check-ins, it became clear that things weren’t quite working for her. Her owner was struggling with her age, energy levels, training and diet, and eventually Dotty had to come back into our care. 💔
When she returned, she was understandably all over the place — nervous, barking, reactive and wary of strangers. She was overwhelmed and clearly unsure of the world around her.
But fast forward just three weeks and what a transformation! 🥰
We now have a tail-wagging, fun-loving little sweetheart who is happier, more settled, listening, engaging and beginning to really enjoy life again. ❤️🐾
Dotty absolutely loves other dogs and would be very happy living with another friendly dog or as part of a little pack. Once she gets to know you, she’ll have you playing with her in no time! 🥰
Like many young dogs, Dotty needs patience, consistency and someone who understands that confidence and stability don’t always come naturally. There are lots of different factors that help a puppy become a happy, confident adult — and Dotty just needs someone willing to guide her gently in the right direction. 🐾 Dotty could live with older dog savvy children.
She is a very lovely, very sweet girl with so much love and fun to give. She just needs the right person, the right environment and the chance to continue blossoming.
