Description
After a lot of thought and consideration, We are looking for a loving new home for our boy Jax.
Jax is a 10 month old Cocker Spaniel who is a very loved, However he is very boisterous around my 3 year old son, we have persevered with this and corrected him and kept distance between them however my son is nervous to be around Jax now, This decision has not been taken lightly but Jax would benefit from being in a home with adults or older children only. He is good around other dogs and children in general.
This is not because Jax is a bad dog or because we are giving up on him and this decision has been incredibly hard to make. I just feel that the responsible thing to do is to find him a home where he will be loved, and get all the attention and care he deserves, With someone who has experience with the breed and has plenty of time to give.
I will be particular about where Jax goes because I want to make sure we find the right home. I am looking for someone who will genuinely love him and give him the life he deserves.
I hope people understand that this is being done purely with my youngest son and Jax's best interests at heart.
