🐾 Fizzy is looking for a new home 🐾 It’s with a very heavy heart that we’ve made the decision to rehome our gorgeous Fizzy. Fizzy is a 2½-year-old spayed Maltipom (Maltese/Pomeranian cross). She is a very loving, affectionate companion who absolutely adores being with her people. She loves cuddles, sitting beside you, getting groomed and fussed and being involved in everything you’re doing. She is up to date with her flea treatment and had her annual flea injection last month, and she is wormed regularly. We have worked very hard with Fizzy, particularly with her toileting, but unfortunately she continues to have accidents in the house despite extensive training and a consistent routine. She also has some behavioural issues around barking, food guarding and being vulnerable around our other big dogs. Due to my husband's current medical needs (undergoing Cancer treatment) I don't have the time to dedicate to her as she deserves. Our busy multi-dog household is simply not the right environment for her. We love her enormously, but we have to put her welfare first. We feel Fizzy would be much better suited to a quiet, adult home where she can be the centre of attention with a family who has experience of small dogs. She will come with: • Her doggy handbag/carrier and carseat • All her bedding including raised bed • Her toys • Her current food (Hills Science Plan) • Her belongings and anything else she needs to settle in This is not an easy decision, and we are looking for the right home rather than simply the quickest home. We would want to have a conversation with anyone interested and ask questions about their home and experience before agreeing to anything. Please only enquire if you genuinely feel you can offer Fizzy the kind of home where she can thrive. There is no judgement attached to her behaviour — we love this little lady dearly.
