I love this bird so much but due to going to uni I have to give her away to a loving home. I will give all the toys I have for her and food and cage if needed. I named her kiwi and understand she is a girl as she layed unfertilised eggs last year. I got her checked out at the vet and nothing is wrong with her after the egg laying. She has some behavioural issues with feather plucking on her belly and under wings but has not changed her personality. Takes a few months for her to properly get attached to people but after that she is a very loving bird. She doesn’t speak but is easy to train. Knows how to high five and to spin for treats.
For food the pellets she prefers costs about £40 a month but I will give all information on her likes and dislikes when it comes to toys and food. She doesn’t like dogs but will be tolerant if they are not in the same room as her.
I do not want to give her up but uni is making me have to find her a new loving home. She does require a decent amount of attention but all pets do.
