Description

This is Frank, male lab x husky. He’s a very energetic and loving dog. He’s great with kids but will probably ideal in a household that has older kids. We are rehoming him due to no fault of his own, he’s just very energetic for our two kids (2 year old and under 1 year old) He knows basic commands, sit, paw, lay down. However he does pull on the lead so training will have to be done on that aspect. We bought him on here originally and was told by his previous owners that the owners before them used to hurt him, so he is wary around men, however with time he will grow to love the man of the house (like he has done my partner) He’s fully house trained and will paw at the door if he wants or needs to go out, he isn’t crate trained (he is scared of crates due to his first owners) when going to sleep he will sleep int he bedroom with you, will even come on the bed for a little cuddle before settling for the night himself. He is an anxious dog so can only be left for short periods of time, and when he is anxious he does wee a little. He is a very playful dog, loves tug of war, loves water, loves playing football and catch. When playing he does nibble on your knuckles and hands, he loves having hands in his mouth but has never bitten. He won’t just go to anyone as we want the best for him, you are more than welcome to come meet him (neither me or my partner drive so can’t come to you) Someone who has experience with large breeds and anxious dogs would be ideal or if you have a lot of time on your hands to train him more, we don’t due to work and the kids If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask
