Description

Here is Ozzy. He is an amazingly smart dog and full of joy. I am having to re-home him as I have been a bad owner. I'm rarely home for him leaving him with my mother who never really wanted him and is now pregnant so I can't carry on leaving him with her or alone in the house for hours upon hours by himself. Unfortunately by doing so I haven't been able to train him well enough being at work more than would like to. What to know: He is has good intentions but very bad mannered. Whenever I walk him it is late at night after work when everyone else is in bed. On the odd occasion it is during the day we have to stay away from other dogs because he is very rough when meeting a dog for the first time however he quickly sorts himself out and matches the other dogs energy. With new people he tries to jump up and lick their face however it seems like he's trying to bite which understandably scares people. I don't want to give him away to any random people, you need to meet a certain criteria because I don't want to find out he's been put in a shelter or put down. He as a lot of potential to grow. I would prefer if you already have another dog or family with dogs that he can interact with. If not I would like to know if you have a good chunk of spare time because he is a very high maintenance dog. A bonus also would be if I was able to receive updates on him or possibly visit him because I see him as my son and best friend and do wish I didn't have to get rid of him however it's for the best.
