Description
We have one fabulous little boy left from our litter of gorgeous show cockers due to a change in the circumstances of the family who was going to be his forever home.
These puppies have have been carefully planned and cared for since before conception. Mum is our wonderful Dandelion who has a fabulous nature, friends with everyone and happy around children, horses, sheep, cats and hens. She is the dog who always seems to be laughing.
She and her mother, aunt and two sisters are all a very important part of our family.
Dad has been shown successfully but is also a family pet, living a normal family life, running round the woods and fields. His nature is also second to none. When we went to meet him he was happy to welcome us into his home. He was carefully chosen partly for his success in the show ring but, more importantly to us, his lovely temperament and attitude to us and Dandelion.
The puppies were born and raised in my bedroom in the early days and then brought up into the heart of our family home as they grew and started to be weaned. Here they have met allsorts and ages of people as well as our cats. They have seen - and heard! - the TV, the sweeper, the dishwasher, the microwave etc, etc. As they have grown even more, they have had their first bath and trip in a car. We have given them every experience that we can think of to ensure that they are confident and happy little puppies.
Mum and pups have been fed on Royal Canin food to give them the best start in life.
The puppies are also Royal Kennel Club registered.
We like to keep our puppies until they are 10 weeks old as it is now recognised that these extra couple of weeks is very important to the puppies' confidence and personality as they grow.
All puppies have been health checked by our vet and will have had both of their standard vaccinations as well as the first of their additional vaccination by the time they leave us as well as having been treated for worms and fleas as recommended by our vet.
Both mum and dad have been fully health tested so none of these little ones can develop -
Acral Mutilation Syndrome
Familial Nephropathy
Adult-onset Nephropathy
Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration
Degenerative Myelopathy
Exercise-Induced Collapse
Glycogen Storage Disease Type VII (Spaniel variant)
The in-breeding co-efficient for this pairing is 0.8%.
Puppies will come with -
A puppy pack
A blanket with their litter mates' scent on
A 5 generation pedigree certificate from the Royal Kennel Club (previously the Kennel Club)
Some of the food that they are used to
Their vaccination certificate
Micro-chip and certificate
5 weeks free insurance
And, of course, help and advice whenever required throughout their lives.
THESE PUPPIES ARE VERY SPECIAL AND IMMENSELY IMPORTANT TO US. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THOUGHT CAREFULLY ABOUT THE COMMITMENT THAT HAVING A DOG ENTAILS AND THAT YOU, AND ALL THE FAMILY, ARE 100% BEHIND HAVING A NEW MEMBER OF THE FAMILY.
If you feel that you can offer our little boy the wonderful home that he deserves, please call so that we can have a chat to discuss this and then, hopefully, arrange a meeting. Please don't be offended if I ask lots of questions and feel free to ask lots of questions in return. It is really important to me that he ends up in the right home both for him and his new family.
