Description
My lovely boy is seeking a quieter life. I have owned him since a puppy and this is the hardest decision I've ever had to make. Unfortunately he is struggling to live with children around and I believe he would be happier in a quieter home. He would be happy living with teens but struggles with the unpredictability of toddlers.
I have never rehomed a dog and he will not leave me unless I am absolutely sure he will be happier than he is with me. If he meets children out and about he is absolutely fine. He does resource guard high reward things, this has never been an issue with humans but he has been aggressive with other dogs who he feels are lesser than him which is why I want him to be an only dog. He will chase cats.
He has been my best friend for the last 6 years. He has trained in agility for the past 4 years for fun. He has good recall with a whistle. He walks nicely on a slip lead but can pull when excited. He does jump up when excited. He will go on the furniture. He likes a cuddle but is not needy.
I am putting the feelers out to see if there is someone locally to me who has no children and will not have them in the future. Someone who enjoys nice long walks and will enhance his life. Please contact me if you feel this is you
