After two months of trying everything we can, we’ve made the heartbreaking decision to find Vinnie a new forever home. This is absolutely no fault of Vinnie’s. Unfortunately, our resident dog has never accepted him, and despite giving them plenty of time to adjust, there’s still daily tension between them. We don’t feel it’s fair for either dog to continue living like this. Vinnie is an incredibly loving, affectionate and playful little boy who thrives on human company. He loves cuddles, playing with his toys, going for walks and being involved in whatever you’re doing. He has been absolutely amazing with our children (aged 4 years and 18 months), always gentle, patient and loving. He’s brilliant in the car, happy being bathed and groomed, enjoys meeting new people and has a fantastic temperament. He recently had a full health check and vaccinations, and our vet even commented that he has one of the nicest temperaments he’s seen in a French Bulldog. We feel Vinnie would be happiest either as the only dog in the home or with a younger, playful dog of a similar size and energy level who enjoys having a companion to play with. This decision has broken our hearts because we truly love him and only want what’s best for him. We are in no rush and will be extremely careful about the home he goes to. Finding Vinnie the right family is far more important to us than finding him a home quickly. If you think you could offer Vinnie the loving forever home he deserves, please get in touch.
