Description

I have made the really difficult decision to re-home Lola. Due to a relationship breakdown and me now being single i just can’t give her the time, love and training she desperately needs and this is visible through her behaviour. It is breaking my heart and i will be really really picky to make sure she goes to the right home. Price is set high as i want to make sure whoever she goes to is able to financial provide but this can be discussed with the right family. The good bits about me: I am so loving and try to show it by making sure you know i’m next to you constantly, apparently this can be a little annoying at times but i think my love should be appreciate. I adores people and want to be with everyone at all times, i’m social what can i say! i am is so playful and loves to play and play and play, i dont realise when im tired so afterward i will thank you for putting me in my crate so she can sleep, overtired lola isn’t a good vibe. I am crate trained and i enjoy being in my crate, when someone new puts me in my crate i will play them for 10 minuites just to see if i can get some extra attention but then i’ll settle and sleep. i also enjoy chewing in my crate so some treats are a vibe. I had my first heat season in september and i haven’t been spayed so could potentially have puppies when i’m a bit bigger. i love other dogs, wether their in my home, out on walks, at their house etc. i have never snapped or been aggressive towards another dog but apparently i can be a bit too much sometimes and not realise my size. I also have a tendencies to jump up at every person i walk past so mummy makes my lead shorter so i don’t get in trouble. she does walk well on a lead but can pull especially in the first 10 minuites, so she will need someone stronger to walk her. she currently gets 2, 1 hour long walks a day and i belive this is necessary to tire her out as she has a lot of energy. The bits i’m still working on: Lola used to be toilet trained but the last few months she has regressed significantly and i don’t actually know why. I took her to the vets to check for a uti a they just said it’s typically puppy behaviour and to keep working through it. if she’s on hard flooring and the doors open she won’t have any accidents, overnight and when she’s on carpeted flooring she does. she can’t use puppy pads and she eats them. Lola loves her food but does get bad tummies, the vets recommended the royal cabin puppy food and to switch to royal cabin gastrointestinal as she gets a bit older and this is working for her really well. she’s on the dry food diet and gets one lunch of wet food at lunch time. she will also eat anything and everything from underwear and socks to sticks and anyyyyy food she can find. Lola is a chewer and loves to chew and chew and chew and hardcore toys are her guilty pleasure. she loves to play with soft toys but they only last a few minuites. she loves to play tug, loves to go and get toys thrown in the garden. she has chewed my furniture before but she doesn’t tend to do that anymore, she would potentially do it if she’s left and not in her crate but i don’t know as i haven’t tested it. she has witnessed me go through domestic violence and on occasion has seen me be hurt, due to this she has a fear of some men. this isn’t an aggression thing but more a hyper vigilance and a struggle to switch off around new men. She peepers to approach men on her own rather than then approaching her and 9/10 she is absolutely fine strait away, sometimes it takes her a little getting used too. this can also sometimes cause her to have accidents. she could probably live with cats absolutely fine, i’ve taken her to friends houses with cats and she just sniffs and then ignores.
