12-Year-Old Male Horsfield (Russian) Tortoise – Experienced Keeper Only
I am looking for a responsible and experienced home for my 12-year-old male Horsfield tortoise.
He has been kept as a healthy pet for many years and is active and feeding well. This species requires specific care, so I would strongly prefer an experienced tortoise keeper or breeder who understands their needs.
Care requirements:
Large enclosure with suitable dry substrate for burrowing
Strong UVB lighting and appropriate heat source
Proper temperature gradient with a warm basking area and cooler side
Diet mainly based on weeds and leafy greens (no fruit or high-protein foods)
Outdoor enclosure during warm months is highly beneficial
Please note:
Sold without accessories or enclosure
Only serious and knowledgeable homes will be considered
