Description

After a lot of thought, we've made the heartbreaking decision to find a new home for our beautiful 11-month-old Staffie x Labrador girl called Nelly. We rescued her around 4 months ago, so unfortunately we don't know much about her history before she came to us. During her time with us she has been very loved, cared for, and has made fantastic progress. She has become a much-loved part of our family, which makes this decision incredibly difficult. She is a wonderful young dog with so much love to give. However, due to her age and energetic, playful nature, she can be a little too much for our older French Bulldog. As much as we adore her, we feel she deserves a home where she can receive the individual attention, exercise, and continued training she needs to truly thrive. We want to be completely honest that she can be nervous around unfamiliar dogs and is sometimes anxious on walks. Because we don't know her background before being rescued, it's understandable that she may still be building her confidence. She will need a patient, understanding owner who is willing to continue helping her feel secure and develop at her own pace. This decision has not been made lightly, and finding the right home is far more important to us than a quick sale. We will only consider homes that can offer her the love, commitment, stability, and attention she deserves. Nelly is fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea and wormed and has had a full health check by our vet. Nelly has not been neutered.
