Description

💙🐶 BRUNO – A Big Softie, Searching for the Right Home🐶💙 🌟 RBU, post-adoption support & 4 weeks ******************Plan insurance provided upon adoption 🌟 Bruno is a 9-month-old large lad — tall, striking, and absolutely stunning — but the real magic is his nature. He is gentle, affectionate, cuddly, people-oriented, and incredibly loving with his caregivers. He melts into your hands, adores his soft toys, and has that irresistible “big puppy” charm. But arriving to a new unknown world, losing his siblings, appeared to be too overwhelming for him and lot of new too fast made him loose his usual confidence when contacting with outer world. He arrived in the UK at the end of November to what we hoped would be his forever family. Even in a very short time they already love him deeply as he is amazing with whole family and 3 children but have realised that he needs a calmer environment and more confident handling than they can offer. Bruno now needs someone patient, kind and steady who can help him regain confidence in outer world and grow into the amazing dog he truly is. ✨ Highlights • SIZE: Large (around 62 cm / 27 kg, still growing slightly) • NEUTERED: Yes • CHARACTER: Affectionate • Gentle • Smart • Playful • Eager to please • DOGS: Friendly, loves to play and will benefit a lot of having medium/large playful furry friend • CATS: Not suitable • CHILDREN: Best with dog-savvy 10+ 💔 Rescue Story Bruno’s beginning was anything but easy. Born on a frontline, in tracheas by abandoned dog rescued by soldiers in ruined village, he and his siblings were moved to safer western part of Ukraine and raised by loving foster who kept them safe, where Bruno grew up gentle, trusting, and full of love. But living his whole little life in a remote village, he didn’t had chance to socialise with lot of people, roads and traffic. 🐾 More About Bruno At home, Bruno is a dream — affectionate, responsive, cuddly, playful and wonderfully gentle. He bonds deeply with his people and thrives on affection. His family call him “a beautiful big boy, so loving and gentle… unbelievably affectionate at home.” He is wonderfully bright, already knows sit and paw, and is extremely food-motivated, which makes training a joy. He is almost fully housetrained and usually signals when he needs to go out. Indoors he is a sweetheart — enjoying soft toys, leaning in for cuddles, and relaxing with his family. Outside, however, he has been struggling with worry and uncertainty after the big move to a new country. He can react fearfully defensive to unfamiliar people at a distance and needs reassurance, patience, and a steady hand. This is classic “big puppy in a new world” behaviour. It comes from insecurity, and with the right environment and confident kind guidance, it will improve significantly. Inside the home he is loving, cuddly, people-focused and gentle — but also alert to noises, often checking the house or barking at outside loud sounds, though being in his new home just a week, it also a matter of not settlement, which takes just a little more time in dogs. He struggles with cats and would not be safe around them. His family adore him but know they cannot provide the calm, consistent, low-stimulus environment he needs to flourish. 🏡 Ideal Home Bruno needs a peaceful environment home with a decent garden in a calm, quiet, ideally rural or semi-rural area, away from heavy noise and traffic so he can decompress and build confidence at his own pace. He will be happiest with other playful and friendly female dog (we don’t recommend pairing male dogs). He will flourish with someone who enjoys training, understands force-free methods, and is strong enough to guide a large, enthusiastic youngster. With empathy, routine, and steady handling, Bruno will turn to most perfect loving companion — he is incredibly smart and wants so much to please his people. He cannot live with cats. Children 10+ are fine if they are calm and dog-savvy. Bruno is a young, incredibly loving dog with enormous potential — he simply needs the right match. 💞 Bruno is a sweetheart — sensitive, loyal, eager, and devoted. He is not a “wrong dog.” He is just a very big baby who has been through enormous change and now needs someone confident enough to guide him and gentle enough to help him feel safe. In the right home, he will become the most extraordinary companion. 🩺 Health Information Bruno is fully healthy. Neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. All dogs are C.Brucella tested before travel (owners receive an official laboratory certificate). 💌 If you can offer foster or foster-to-adopt home, please fill out a form: 🔗 Foster-to-Adopt/Adoption Form : https://forms.gle/vHdDRdjFzXngqzUC9 🔗 Foster Form: https://forms.gle/yE66hpgwdU9bnQsAA
