excellent communication from start to end. sent us pictures while we waited for collection and stayed in touch with updates and info on them. helped us with carriers, and was very informative on pick up. would 100% recommend!!! the babies have settled amazingly, clearly a very good breeder, healthy guinea pigs, very squeaky and cuddly. clearly been well handled prior to collection!!!
