Beautiful Double Doodle Puppies – Australian Labradoodle × Goldendoodle 🐾 We are delighted to introduce Oreo’s gorgeous second litter of eight healthy Double Doodle puppies, born on the morning of Tuesday 6th October 2026. Oreo is our much-loved 3-year-old black, multi-generation Australian Labradoodle, weighing approximately 21kg and 21 inches to the withers. She is a wonderful family dog with a fantastic temperament — calm and affectionate, but also playful, extremely clever and very easy to train. Dad is a large red, multi-gen Goldendoodle, also with a wonderful temperament. He is calm, friendly, playful and intelligent. Around 25 inches to the withers and 30kg. As Mum is an Australian Labradoodle and Dad is a Goldendoodle, their puppies are commonly known as Double Doodles. Both Mum and Dad come from established multi-generation lines and are non-shedding dogs. We therefore expect the puppies to inherit the low/non-shedding curly coats associated with their parents. We are often asked whether this means the puppies are “hypoallergenic.” There is actually no such thing as a truly hypoallergenic dog, as allergies can be triggered by dander, saliva and other allergens rather than simply the coat. However, because these dogs are bred from non-shedding lines and do not typically moult in the way many other breeds do, they may be much better suited to some allergy-sensitive households. Anyone with a significant dog allergy should, of course, spend time with the dogs before making a decision. Oreo has given birth to eight beautiful, healthy puppies: 🖤 5 black ❤️ 2 apricot/red 🤍 1 off-white We expect the puppies to grow into medium-to-large dogs, approximately 21–26 inches at the withers when fully grown. Based on Mum and Dad’s size, we anticipate the girls will be around 20–25kg and the boys around 24–32kg when fully grown. Naturally, exact adult height and weight can never be guaranteed, but this should give prospective owners a good indication of their likely size. The puppies are being raised in our family home, with plenty of love, handling, attention and socialisation from the very beginning. They have exposure to kids and cats. Both parents are intelligent and highly trainable dogs, so we expect these puppies to grow into bright, affectionate and playful companions with lovely family temperaments. Before leaving us, each puppy will be fully weaned, vet health-checked, vaccinated and microchipped. The puppies are not Kennel Club registered. They will be ready to leave for their new homes at around 8 weeks old, once fully weaned and ready to make the transition away from Mum. We therefore expect them to be ready around the first/second week of December. We think it’s really important that prospective owners can see where their puppy has come from. When you visit, you will be able to meet Oreo, their mum, who is our family pet and lives with us. You’ll also be able to meet Chomsky, one of Oreo’s boys from last year’s litter. Chomsky is also our family pet and lives with us, so you have the unusual opportunity to meet not only Mum but also one of her grown puppies from her previous litter. This gives prospective owners a great opportunity to see first-hand the sort of size, temperament and character Oreo’s puppies can develop as they grow. We are looking for loving, responsible and permanent homes for all of Oreo’s puppies. These are intelligent, affectionate dogs that will become an important part of their new families, so finding the right homes for them is very important to us. Viewings are very welcome.
