Description

Tubbs is a handsome, healthy blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier looking for his perfect home. He is in great physical condition with no health concerns, and is a very active, energetic, and affectionate dog who loves being around people. Unfortunately, our circumstances mean we can no longer provide the safest environment for him. We live by the river, and Tubbs absolutely loves the water. The problem is that he will happily jump straight in despite not being able to swim, which has resulted in us having to jump in and rescue him on more than one occasion! Tubbs would thrive in a loving home where his playful nature can be enjoyed in a safer setting. He has lots of love to give and will make a wonderful companion for the right family. Like many young and energetic Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Tubbs can be a little overexcited at times and would benefit from some ongoing training. He has a gentle nature, rarely barks or growls, and gets on very well with children. He is on the other hand very reactive to other dogs while out on walks. He is fully housetrained, well behaved at night and neutered. This decision has not been made lightly, and our priority is finding Tubbs the safe and loving home he deserves. ❤️
