Description
We have a small, carefully bred litter of 2 red working cocker spaniel puppies (1 dog, 1 bitch) available from 1st May.
This was a deliberate pairing focused on temperament, producing confident, well-balanced puppies suited to active, engaged homes.
The Parents
Mum – Winnie
KC Registered (KENXTWEN RUBY RAINDROPS)
A classic, steady working cocker — easy-going, affectionate, and biddable, with a naturally calm, happy temperament. She is first and foremost a much-loved family dog, excellent around children and other dogs.
Dad – Ted
KC: KENTWONE LATTE
From field trial champion lines, Ted is a well-mannered, steady dog with a kind, trainable nature and strong working lineage.
Both parents live at home with us and can be met with the puppies. Mum and dad are:
* Extensively health tested
* Full DNA panel clear
* Hip and elbow scored
* Ted also has current eye certification
The Puppies
* Born: 6th March 2026
* Ready to leave: 1st May 2026
* 1 dog, 1 bitch available
* Colour: Red, with subtle white markings
* Distinctive features: light brown noses and striking green eyes
Puppies will be:
* Microchipped
* Raised with a structured start to weaning and routine
Vaccinations are intentionally left for new owners to begin with their own vet, avoiding any issues with vaccine compatibility. We strongly encourage a vet check within 48 hours of collection for your own peace of mind.
Upbringing
These puppies are being raised in our busy family home.
They are exposed daily to:
* A busy household with young children
* Normal household noise and activity
* Early enrichment (different textures, objects, and environments)
They are confident, curious, and already showing lovely, steady temperaments.
They are currently fed a mix of raw and high-quality kibble, giving you flexibility to continue a mixed diet or transition fully to one that suits your lifestyle.
Homes We’re Looking For
Working cockers are not low-effort dogs. These puppies will only be placed in active, committed homes that understand the breed’s need for:
* Daily physical exercise
* Mental stimulation and enrichment
* Ongoing training and engagement
Pet homes are absolutely welcome — but they must be hands-on and lifestyle-appropriate.
We offer ongoing support — you won’t be handed a puppy and left to figure it out alone.
Please get in touch with:
* A bit about your lifestyle
* Your experience with dogs (particularly spaniels, if applicable)
* What you’re looking for in a dog
No question is a silly question, we’re all first time dog-parents at one point!
