Description

Available at Roebuck Labradors Kenbloom Malachite of Roebucklabs Wigeon is the 3rd generation from my stud dogs. I own Goose his Sire, who can also be seen and his Grandsire Red was an exceptional dog. He weighs around 30kgs and is well in proportion. He has the nice block head and looks like a true dog should. Soft mouthed and picks fur and feather on land and water. He is steady around the biggest flushes of birds and will sit quite happily on peg or in a hide on the Foreshore with no noise or fuss. Working on Small Farm and Large commercial shoots, we always get comments on how well behaved our dogs are. 70+ days a season and flighting the foreshore. An excellent temperament around other dogs of both sexes and all ages of the family. He is a gentle and caring dog and doesn’t get "hot" in the most tempting of situations and would make him a fantastic choice for working, assistance or pet homes. Wigeons training is coming along great heading into his second full season. A truely fantastic biddable dog. Currently passing all my expectations. He is worth seeing in the flesh. Videos available. We hold wait list for all our stud dogs.
