We are delighted to introduce Maxi’s and Teddy’s last litter
Four Fabulous Fatties, three girls and one boy have been brought up by their extended family of interfering Aunts and Cousins as well as fleeting interest from Uncles and Great Grandad, humans fans also regular intervention so well socialised.
Cavaliers are the most gentle, friendly and tolerant dogs. My pack hardly ever bark, they don’t need to follow you everywhere and very happy to chill. They suit any family, a great companion for single people; loving long weekend walks or a quick stroll and handy footwarmers under the home office desk right up to the busy family chaos interacting peacefully with other family pets and visitors
Families from recent litters have had some interesting stories including companion to a Bernise Mountain dog (the videos are hilarious), support dogs for end of life patients and autistic children. Another is tolerated by a full sized Maine coon cat. A local lady to us previously had anti-social sheepdog and so couldn’t stop and speak to people, adopting a Cavalier has transformed her life according to our dog walking friends.
This website requests a mini bio from each pup but at time of posting (4 weeks-human equivalent of toddler) is hard to judge their real character but although they changing each day with new life challenges I’ll attempt to describe how they are and update with more pictures and description as they literally find their feet. They have started weaning, this is a good chance to see how they cope with changes to Life.
We have nicknamed them our BMO’s, girls Simon, girl Fiona and girl Cake, our boy is Finn.
Simon is a confident outgoing girl, passes all the desensitise tests you can find on you tube. She’s curious and would suit a family who want to train her as a first dog and have the time to spend reinforcing rules.
Fiona is quite the opposite, looks to others to see how they react and cautiously copies their behaviour. She can be nervous and we are working to help desensitise her to common sounds, surprises and handling as you’d expect from young children. She will be suited to a family with a mature dog or mature humans who live in a calm home.
Cake is a bit smaller than her siblings but more than makes up with her personality. She’s already frustrated with staying in their pen and makes escape attempts whenever it looks like the gang rush past to the garden (succeeded twice) pups et to free roam often as people are about to supervise and she loves to explore all corners. She will suit a family who are looking for a lively pup, keen to love everyone she meets.
Finn, our only boy, will grow to be a cuddly loyal lad very much like his Uncle Michael and grandad Monty. Loves cuddles and snuggles, will be your best friend and not bothered by distractions. Cats or other pets not an issue. Not curious and so well behaved will be a dog to be admired by strangers but never be tempted to stray.
They have been wormed every week as a precaution with Pancur. They are booked for vaccinations and chips 8 weeks 15 April. Go home date is from 17th April
