I’m hoping to find a new home for Caspian. Ideally, I’d love someone who would keep his name, Caspian, as he’s a three-year-old cat and that’s what he responds to! I’m looking for people with experience of owning cats. I won’t consider applicants who live in flats or claim benefits. I’ll only consider homes with safe outdoor space so that Caspian can gradually be introduced to the outside Currently, Caspian lives in a one-bedroom flat on the top floor. He has experience going out in my communal stairwell, which is a bit tricky because of my other neighbours & trades people He has experience going outside while I’m keeping an eye on him. He has frequently gone out without my knowledge, but he never likes to go too far. He likes to stay close to his food and litter box. You will need to have a cat litter tray in your home. Caspian is not looking for an owner who will simply close the door on him and hope he returns. He is used to being indoors when he sleeps during the day and night. He’s generally use to someone being at home most of the time, but I have left him up to five hours and he is fine. He has been an indoor cat for three years and will need someone to keep an eye on him. He is not a lap cat and has never sat on my lap. He does sit next to me on the sofa. Likes: watching cat TV, having his face brushed, Licelicks, which he is very fond of—I give him two a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Caspian is very routine-oriented. His monthly cost towards food and flea and worm treatment comes to £60-£70 a month. Dislike. His mane being touched, he will not wear a collar, He is very treat-oriented & still playful. I am unsure if this is because he is under-stimulated. Caspian is a good-natured cat with occasional moments. He has been well-cared for. He doesn’t like to be rushed about. He can become overstimulated if you brush him for too long. I do not think he would do well with children or other cats or dogs His microchip is in place and he is neutered. He is cat litter trained & you will need a litter tray in your home. Anyone considering rehoming Caspian should be willing to travel to Greenwich, London to collect him. I will also want to do a WhatsApp video call to ask a few questions to ensure Caspian is going to the right home. When applying for Caspian, please can you provide a few paragraphs of what sort of life you could offerCaspian ,so I can understand if I can move forward with the application.
