My beautiful Polly has given birth to her second and last litter of babies.. She has had a lovely litter of 3 girls and 2 boys.. I can provide pictures of her previous litter as they are now in their maturity.. some were longer legged and some shorter.. but all beautiful.
I now only have 1 bitch and 2 dogs left.
It’s very important to me to know I am choosing homes who are experienced with Jack Russell’s.. My bitches (I also have the puppies grandma) are very well natured and I would trust them with children.. but.. they are clever little dogs that will create mischief if not managed properly. Hole in your fence? Say goodbye to your dog! Left some food on the kitchen side? That won’t be there when you get home.
Jack Russell’s are lovely pets but they are not dogs who will happily sleep all day without amusement. They have the energy of ten men and more to spare.. you will need to be able to offer this puppy consistent exercise every single day.. if you allow him/her to burn off their energy, then you’ve got a lovely little house pet that will offer you undying loyalty and affection..
If you choose one of my puppies, I will invite you to join a WhatsApp group so you can see daily updates as your puppy grows right up until the day he/she comes home to you.
I do expect people to stay in the group after their puppy comes home. This is about my accountability for bringing these little lives into the world. I do not harass people, but do enjoy when they share updates of their babies.. the owners of the first litter say the group is helpful as they can share tips etc. if you do not want to stay in a WhatsApp group, please do go and look for another puppy.
If for any reason an owner was unable to keep their puppy, I would expect the puppy returned to me so I could rehome myself.. I do not want my babies being passed on and on to different homes.. If I do my job properly in vetting homes, I don’t anticipate any being returned.
I am hoping that my advert reassures you that your puppy is coming from a loving home. They are currently situated in my bedroom and when around 4 weeks old will be brought downstairs to mix with my other dogs. They will be cherished every day I own them, handled by children in my family and well socialised.
I start toilet training the minute puppies are active and weaning.
The puppies will be fully weaned by the time they are ready to leave. They will come with a bag of the puppy food I feed so you can transition to your preferred brand gradually, they will have a blanket washed in the washing liquid and fabric softener their bedding will be consistently washed in over the next 8 weeks and that mum and pups will have slept on the night before leaving.
Puppies will be wormed and flea treated (we don’t ever have fleas but will be treated none the less). I do not do first vaccinations on the basis that different vets in different areas use different vaccines and there is a chance owners may have to restart the vaccinations with their own vet. This is reflected in the price however..
Before you come to see the puppies I would like to spend some time on the phone getting to know you.. I need to know that these puppies will have the most loving homes and above all forever homes ❤️
