From our very first contact, Anca was incredibly professional and transparent. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. I received regular updates, including photos and videos, which made me feel connected to our puppy even before we brought her home.
When I picked up my puppy, it was clear she was raised in a clean, loving environment. She was socialised with other dogs and people and was already familiar with a few basic commands, which made the transition to our home much smoother.
Anca provided us with a comprehensive 'puppy pack' that included her vaccination records, a bag of her current food, a blanket with her mother's scent, plus some toys and treats.
The support didn't stop there. Anca has been available for follow up questions and has even checked in on our puppy's progress. This level of dedication shows that she genuinely cares about the dog’s well being even after they leave. We are so grateful for her ethical practices and for bringing such a healthy, happy, and confident puppy into our lives.

Anca is a dream seller. She was patient and made us feel welcome. This was very important to us as first time buyers. Anca answering my forgotten questions even when we went home.
