Meet Mark, the fourth brother of this lovely litter, and very much the most gentle of the group. With his striking black coat, white chest and soulful eyes, Mark makes a strong first impression - but it’s his calm, sweet nature that really wins hearts.

• Born: 05/11/2024 (adult)
• Weight: approx. 11 kg (medium size)
• Breed type: Collie / retriever mix
• Currently living in our kennels, NG14 6NY.
Mark is relaxed, tolerant and people-focused. He allows himself to be picked up and handled calmly, showing a trusting, easy-going temperament despite having grown up in a kennel environment.

Mark has not yet lived in a home, so his adopters should be prepared to continue:

• Lead training
Thanks to his calm nature and steady personality, Mark is likely to adapt well to home life with routine, reassurance and positive guidance.

Mark would suit a home looking for a steady, affectionate companion. He could live with children who are respectful of dogs and would enjoy having space to stretch his legs alongside plenty of human company. His temperament suggests he may do well with other dogs following careful introductions.

Home-Check (even done online, at times) is mandatory.
We do NOT supply dogs to non-genuine Dog-Loving people. There are all kind out there... can’t be too careful !
You must have your own garden and no children under 10 years old to adopt a dog from our rescue.
We do not supply work, assistance or service dogs, regardless of what noble/moral it would be ! The dog you adopt from our organisation will reside as a PET in your Home and will be well looked-after and loved !
Should you adopt MARK, you will also agree to keep in touch with us for years to come and you will have our Rescue Backup.
Our preferred method of contact is over the phone or WhatsApp - as we work during the day, with limited access to emails ; it is also more expedient - we can exchange most information in one go.
We are a 100% genuine and transparent Rescue and are doing substantial efforts to save these lives. We reserve the right to ask any / different price / donation for our rescue dogs - depending on circumstances. In most cases, we are not covering the costs !
We keep in touch with all adopters (more than 500 families, so far). On request, we can obtain & provide good references from any of them.
We receive a high number of pointless messages or calls and we do not afford wasting time…
Therefore, Please, Please - NO TIMEWASTERS !
