Description

Sometimes, a rescue story begins with a small act of kindness—and a frightened dog learning that someone can be trusted. 💕 Maria had been feeding a nervous girl in an empty yard in the neighbourhood. We named her SONJA. She came every day for food, and her body showed that she had recently been nursing puppies, although there were no little ones in sight. Then, one day, two puppies appeared from the bushes, following her. They were JASMINE and her sister, whom we named MIRUNA. 🐶🐶 We believe Sonja is their mother. Perhaps, after getting to know Maria, she finally felt safe enough to bring her daughters along. We cannot know for certain, but seeing those two hungry little girls following her was a moment we will never forget. ❤️ At first, the sisters were very nervous. They wanted the food, but approaching people took courage. With patience, regular meals and gentle kindness, Maria gradually earned their trust, and we were able to bring them into our care. 🏡💞 Sonja also needed help. Because she remained so frightened, we had to catch her to take her safely to the vet, where she was spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She is still learning to trust, but her daughters have made wonderful progress. And now, little Jasmine is ready for the next chapter—a loving family of her own. 🌸 🌼 ABOUT JASMINE 🌼 🐾 Female 🎂 Date of birth: 10 July 2026 ⚖️ Current weight: 7 kg 🐕 Mixed breed, possibly with some Terrier influence 💉 Fully vaccinated 🪱 De-wormed 🦟 Treated for fleas 🏡 Ready to find her forever family Jasmine has a beautiful black coat with warm tan markings, a white chest and lovely white paws. Her soft, floppy ears and expressive eyes give her such a sweet little face. 🤍🤎🖤 Her presumed mum, Sonja, has a slightly wiry coat and a scruffy muzzle, which may suggest some Terrier ancestry. However, we do not know the father, so Jasmine’s precise breed mix and eventual adult size remain uncertain. She is still growing, and her new family should be comfortable with that little element of surprise! 🐾 💖 A FRIENDLY LITTLE SOUL 💖 The frightened puppy who first emerged from the bushes has blossomed into a friendly, well-behaved young girl. Jasmine is good with people, children, other dogs and cats. She has learned that human company can mean kindness, comfort and safety—and she is ready to build that special bond with her own family. 🥰 She could join a home with a friendly resident dog, subject to a suitable match, or become someone’s much-loved only dog, with plenty of companionship and opportunities to socialise. Her friendliness towards cats also makes her a possible companion for a feline household, with careful introductions and sensible supervision. 🐶🐱💕 Although Jasmine is well behaved, she is still a puppy. Her adopters will need to help her learn the routines of family life, including house-training, walking on a lead, settling quietly and spending short periods alone. We have not confirmed that she is already house-trained or lead-trained. She needs patient guidance, gentle encouragement and time to understand what is expected of her. Every new experience is a chance to help her confidence grow. 🌱 🏡 JASMINE’S IDEAL HOME 🏡 We are looking for a loving, committed home where Jasmine will be welcomed as a member of the family. 🌳 A secure, private garden where she can explore and play safely. 👨‍👩‍👧 A home with adults or children aged 10 and over, in keeping with our rescue’s adoption policy. ⏰ People with enough time for a young puppy’s company, training, toilet breaks and gradual introduction to being alone. 🐾 Kind, reward-based training and a willingness to support her through puppyhood and adolescence. 🛋️ A comfortable place indoors, close to her family, where she can rest and feel she belongs. Jasmine is looking for a home as a family companion, with all the care and inclusion that means. She has already experienced uncertainty at the beginning of her life; now she deserves stability and people she can depend on. ❤️ 🩺 HER CARE & YOUR COMMITMENT 🩺 Jasmine is fully vaccinated and has received worming and flea treatments. We will confirm her microchip details and the status of her Brucella and 4Dx blood tests during the adoption process, so you have accurate information about her veterinary preparation. Her adopters must also commit to having her spayed when she reaches an appropriate age, following advice from their vet and the terms of our adoption agreement. 🐾 As with any puppy, adopting Jasmine means being ready for the whole journey: the happy discoveries, the occasional accidents, the chewing stage, the training and the years of companionship ahead. 🤝 OUR PROMISE & YOUR COMMITMENT 🤝 When you adopt from Friends InDeed, our support continues after your dog arrives. 💞 We provide rescue back-up for life. 💬 We offer post-adoption advice and support. 🏡 If circumstances change, you must contact us so we can help safeguard Jasmine’s future. In return, we ask for patience, responsible care and a lifelong commitment. Please give her time to settle, let us know if you need help and remember that a puppy needs guidance as well as love. 📋 ADOPTION INFORMATION 📋 ✅ A home-check is required and can often be carried out online. ✅ An adoption agreement and adoption fee apply. ✅ Jasmine will be rehomed as a family companion only. ✅ We have more than 500 references from previous adopters. ✅ We will discuss your household and lifestyle to help ensure a suitable match. 🚐 TRANSPORT 🚐 Transport can be arranged to suitable homes across England and Wales, usually fortnightly, and to Scotland approximately monthly, subject to availability and the necessary arrangements. Once, Jasmine followed Sonja out of the bushes towards a bowl of food and a little kindness. Now, she is ready to walk into a home where she will be loved for the rest of her life. 🌸🏡❤️
