Description
I am making the difficult decision to sell Milo, my green cheek conure . He is approx 7 months old and hand tamed .
He loves affection and being around people, he'll quite happily sit on your shoulder and be with you all day . The reason I am selling him is that I now have to go back to the office most days of the week and ita not good for him being on his own for 10 hours a day .
He will come with all of his equipment including:
-A large cage on a stand (130cm x77cm) plus his toys and perches. He has one in particular that he likes to sleep on.
- UV lamp with an Arcadia UV bulb plus 2 spare bulbs
- A plug in bird shower that he likes to use for bathing
- Bird carrier . He is used to this and sometimes comes into the garden with me in it.
- 2x bird gyms to use when out of the cage
- Concentrated F10 XD cleaner
- I'll make sure that he comes with a full bag of his food (Hagen Pellets) as he has been transitioned off seed .
- wax burner with parrot safe wax melts by Northern Parrots . These are great at controlling birdie smells .
He is currently going through moulting season and his first baby moult so new colours are coming though and he also enjoys having his new pin feathers massaged.
Last vet check up was in March with my local Avian Vet where he got a clean bill of health .
He really is a fantastic bird. But I would not suggest him going to a home where he will be alone most of the day as thrives on people being around, even if its popping in for cuddles every now and then during the day so he can get head scratches.
For clarity. I'm calling Milo a He but I have not had him DNA sexed. He's just been called a boy since I got him.
