Iain has been amazing throughout the whole experience. He answered all our questions very quickly and let us visit whenever we wanted to. Our puppy has settled in really well to our home, he is doing really well with toilet training and I can only believe that started off with Iain.

Great communication answered all of our questions promptly kept us updated with the puppy with pictures. Was very thorough and sent us home with lots of goodies for the puppy. Puppy is doing well so far settled in at home
