Ted was minutes away from death.
Betrayed and discarded, he was taken to a kill compound—his life reduced to a list and a time slot. Ted didn’t understand what was happening. He waited behind bars, confused and terrified, sensing that something was terribly wrong.
Time was running out.
And then, at the very last moment, a miracle happened.
Volunteers intervened just in time. Paperwork was stopped. Doors were opened. Ted was pulled from the compound minutes before he was due to be killed. What should have been his final moments became the beginning of a second chance at life. 🤍
Despite what humans did to him, Ted did not lose his gentle nature. He survived fear without becoming broken. He held on—to hope, to kindness, to the belief that somewhere, someone would choose him and never let go.

If everything is agreed, the adoption paperwork will be completed on the day, and you will be able to take your dog home immediately.
