💕 Beautiful 12-Year-Old Galah Cockatoo Looking for Her Forever Home 💕
Our beautiful girl is looking for a very special home where she can enjoy lots of love, attention and companionship.
She is a hand-tamed, friendly and affectionate Galah with a big personality. She absolutely loves having her head gently scratched and petted, enjoys playing and dancing, and has recently learnt to say “I love you”! ❤️
She’s very much a little sidekick and loves being wherever her favourite person is. Whether it’s perched nearby in your favourite spot or happily sitting on your arm, she just wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. She really does love human company!
At 12 years old, she has so much love and personality to give. We feel she would be happiest in a home where someone has plenty of time to spend with her, ideally someone who is home regularly and can give her the companionship and interaction she thrives on.
Sadly, since having children, our family circumstances have changed and we can no longer give her the time and attention she deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult decision because she is such a sweetheart, but ultimately we want what’s best for her.
She does have a lipoma (a fatty lump), which we are happy to discuss openly with anyone genuinely interested.
Our biggest priority is finding her the right home, not simply finding her a new owner. We would love to find someone who understands parrots, has experience with cockatoos and will welcome her as part of their family.
She has so much love to give and deserves someone who can give that love back. ❤️
