Description
Our gorgeous Blue Merle Collie, Miah, has had an adorable litter of 8 puppies. She had 1 mini me and 7 black & white’s, who take after their dad. 4 boys & 4 girls. We have 5 available.
The pups are being raised in a busy household where they are so loved by all the family. They are very confident and playful already, it’s lovely seeing their different personalities start to shine through.
They are used to toddlers, children and teenagers and all the attention and noises that comes with them. They also live with 2 cats and a bird. They hear the hoover, tv and door knocking daily. They are all being held everyday and I make a point of touching their ears, eyes and feet to get them ready for future vet visits. I also file their nails, both to save mums belly from scratches and to get them used to nail trims as they grow, I will also wash/ bath them as they get older to prevent this being a fear in later life. I will put a harness and collar on them regularly so they are used to wearing it when they leave for their new homes.
Mum is doing so well feeding 8, she’s actually gained weight since having them, they are being weaned on both raw and dry ( soaked whilst they’re babies) food, so they can transition easily on to your choice of food.
They were wormed at 2 weeks and will be again at 4 and 6 weeks. They will have hearing tests and be microchipped before leaving. They will also be vet checked and have 1st jab if wanted, but this can be discussed when you visit.
Border collies are a very active breed, please research them before committing to a collie puppy. They need a lot of stimulation and training which requires a lot of time, especially for the 1st couple of years of their life, but all your hard work will really pay off as they grow into the most loyal and obedient companions.
The pups are now 3 weeks old and will be ready to leave mum in early may. If you are interested in Frank, Hank, Bolt, Titch or Dotty joining your family then, please, get in touch.
We are asking for £100 deposit to reserve your chosen puppy on your 1st visit and the balance on collection day.
