Each pairing is carefully planned using only health-tested, genetically clear parents, free from hereditary conditions commonly seen in the breed, including HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), and PKDef (Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency). All breeding cats undergo regular echocardiograms every 1.5 years to screen for heart conditions, and hip-x-rays to ensure hip dysplasia never enters our lines. Routine bloodwork is also completed to guarantee ongoing health and wellness.

Why Are We Rehoming Some of Our Adult Cats?
This is not a decision we have taken lightly.
Over the years, our cats have been a huge part of our lives and family. However, as our own family grows and our personal circumstances change, we have had to make the difficult decision to reduce the number of cats we keep. We strongly believe that every cat deserves individual attention, love, and quality time, and we never want to be in a position where we cannot give them the level of care they deserve.
Rather than keeping more cats than we can realistically dedicate enough time to, we have chosen to find a small number of exceptional homes where they can continue to receive the love, attention, and companionship they are used to.
Our cats are not being rehomed because there is anything wrong with them. They are treasured members of our family, and finding the right home is far more important to us than finding a quick home. We will always be selective about where our cats go, as their happiness and wellbeing will always come first.
This is a decision made entirely out of love and responsibility, ensuring each cat can enjoy the best possible quality of life for many years to come.
