Ragcoon kittens are the offspring of a cross between a Ragdoll and a Maine Coon cat, combining two iconic American breeds into a rare and highly sought-after mixed breed also known as "Maine Doll." These exceptionally large, fluffy cats often weigh between 14-21 pounds when fully grown, inheriting the Maine Coon's substantial build and bushy tail along with the Ragdoll's distinctive blue eyes and colorpoint patterns. Born white like Ragdolls, they develop their color patterns as they mature, displaying coats in seal, chocolate, blue, cream, and other variations with long, plush fur requiring regular grooming. Temperamentally, Ragcoons are known for being exceptionally social, calm, and gentle, combining the intelligence and playfulness of Maine Coons with the docile, "floppy" nature of Ragdolls.
