Chihuahua Puppies for sale in Newport

The regal Chihuahua, known for its charming temperament, comes from Mexico and is recognized for its petite size and alert expression. With their compact body structure, Chihuahuas make perfect lap dogs. This compact breed varies in coat type - smooth or long - and offers a color palette from black, white, fawn, chocolate, and even tri-colored. Chihuahuas have a vivacious character, showing off their intelligence and quick-witted nature. Despite their small size, they are fearless and can mingle well in families with children if treated gently. As they have a close bond with their owners, Chihuahuas need care and affection to maintain their emotional well-being. They are known as indoor dogs with minimal exercise requirements but it's important to prevent them from developing 'small dog syndrome'.
