Meet Little souls rescue and sanctuary

We are a small rescue dedicated to helping cats and kittens in need across Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and beyond. Our ADOPTION FEES Sadly, we cannot reduce our standard adoption fees. We receive no grants or external funding and, as a completely self-funded rescue, we cover the full cost of veterinary care ourselves. We also receive no discounts on veterinary treatment. Our costs include: • Neutering • Vaccinations • Microchipping • Veterinary treatment and medication • Food and essential care We offer a reduced combined fee when two bonded cats or kittens are adopted together. Where appropriate, we encourage kittens to have a companion so they can grow, play and settle together. Adoption fees are non-refundable. Every adoption fee goes directly back into the rescue. NEUTERING SUPPORT We are unable to provide neutering vouchers for members of the public, but we are happy to signpost people to organisations and voucher schemes that may help. If the cost of neutering has left you feeling you have no choice but to give up your beloved cat, please contact us first. We would much rather help you find possible support to keep your pet with you. Affordable neutering helps keep pets and families together and prevents unwanted kittens. SUPPORTING OUR RESCUE As we receive no grants or external funding, every donation is incredibly important. No matter how small, donations help provide food, veterinary treatment, medication, bedding, shelter and essential care. We are also happy to accept pet food, pet beds and bedding, cat toys and other suitable animal supplies. OUR ADOPTION PROCESS Step 1 – Adoption Enquiry Message us with details about yourself, your home and the cat or kitten you are interested in. Step 2 – Video Walk-Through Potential adopters are asked to send a short video of their home, including all areas the cat will access and views of external doors and access points. This can be sent to our rescue WhatsApp. Step 3 – Meet & Greet Once the initial checks are completed and the home is suitable, we arrange a relaxed meet and greet in your own home. Step 4 – Adoption Finalisation If everyone is happy and it is the right match, we complete the paperwork in your home. The adoption fee is paid by bank transfer. We then arrange four weeks of free Petplan pet insurance and transfer the microchip into your details at no cost. Before adoption, every rescue cat receives a final veterinary health check.
