Welcome to Aura Maine Coons, a small, ethical, home-based Maine Coon cattery located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Our passion for the Maine Coon breed comes from a deep admiration for their gentle personalities, intelligence, and majestic appearance. What started as a love for the breed naturally grew into a carefully planned and responsible breeding program focused on health, temperament, and raising kittens that become truly cherished family companions. At Aura Maine Coons, our cats are not kept in cages or separate breeding facilities — they live with us as part of everyday family life. This allows our kittens to grow up in a loving, social environment where they experience normal household sounds, human interaction, and daily routines from the very beginning. We believe this early socialisation is essential in shaping confident, affectionate, and emotionally balanced cats.
