Meet Crazy About Poultry

Welcome to our small family-run poultry hobby! My daughter and I have a passion for raising quality chickens, with a particular love for the gentle giants—Jersey Giants and Orpingtons. We currently breed purebred Black Jersey Giants and Silver Laced Orpingtons, hatching only small batches of around 10 chicks at a time. This allows us to give every chick the care and attention it deserves. Whenever possible, our chicks are naturally reared by our experienced broody hens, including Brahmas and Orpingtons in a variety of colours. Please note that these foster mums (and sometimes their own chicks!) often appear in our photos, which can occasionally cause confusion. The advertised chicks will always be clearly identified in the description. Our birds are well cared for, regularly handled, and raised with a strong focus on health, welfare, and temperament.
