Meet Declan Butler

My names Declan I’m 26 and absolutely adore dogs, I live in a 3 bed house with my girlfriend and we have a fairly decent sized garden with grass. I work in the construction industry now so I’m out of the house for 8 hours a day however my girlfriend does work from home. I want a dog that is going to love going on walks, ideally I’d prefer If they was already fit but it’s not an issue if not as my weekly routine consists of gym, work and walks out in the Peak District so morning and nightly walks will be a thing. Having said that I know dogs and realise sometimes they love nothing more than chilling out and they will also be plenty of that too. More importantly I want a loving dog who can be my best friend, someone I can trust around family members (not necessarily children as we don’t have any). I’ve had dogs in the past but mainly labs like my old red lab retriever called Daisy who I passed on to my mum and her partner so I don’t have any other pets in the house.
