Meet Gail & Matt | Dog Rescue & Rehabilitation

My wife Gail has spent many years rescuing, rehabilitating and caring for dogs that others have given up on. Together, we have taken in dogs from the RSPCA, police and other difficult situations, including dogs that have suffered severe neglect, abuse and behavioural problems. Some arrived frightened of humans, severely underweight or considered too dangerous to rehome. With patience, dedicated training, proper care and plenty of love, we work to rebuild their trust and give them a second chance at life. We live on a farm estate in South Yorkshire, where we have the space and facilities to care for large and challenging breeds, including powerful guardian dogs. Our aim has never been to make money from rescuing animals. We simply believe that dogs deserve another chance, regardless of their past. When a dog is ready, we carefully look for a suitable, experienced and loving forever home. We never charge for rehoming our rescue dogs. Voluntary donations are always appreciated and help us feed and care for the other dogs undergoing rehabilitation. For us, it’s about giving animals that have experienced the worst of humanity an opportunity to experience the best. Every dog deserves a second chance. ❤️🐾
