❤️ Looking for a very special forever home for Ralphie ❤️ This is Ralphie, a beautiful 2-year-old Bordernese (Bernese Mountain Dog x Border Collie), who is looking for his forever home. Ralphie is a big, lovable giant with the most beautiful temperament. He is incredibly friendly, loving and full of life. He absolutely adores people and is amazing with other dogs. He loves making friends, playing and having fun. He has so much love to give and is such a beautiful boy inside and out. Being a young, energetic Bordernese, Ralphie needs a home with someone who can offer him an active lifestyle, plenty of exercise, adventures and, most importantly, lots of time, love, care and attention. He deserves someone who can give him everything he needs to be happy and thrive. This is genuinely one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. Ralphie originally belonged to my ex-partner, who was looking to rehome him. I couldn’t bear the thought of him going elsewhere without at least trying to give him the home he deserved. Although I live in a flat with a garden, I wanted to give it my absolute best shot and make it work. Unfortunately, I also have a 3-year-old daughter, and despite trying everything I can, the situation isn’t working out as I’d hoped. It breaks my heart because I love him dearly, but I have to put his needs first and recognise that he deserves more than I can currently give him. I am not looking to rush this decision or let him go to just anyone. I want to find the right person or family who will love him as much as I do, give him the time and attention he deserves and make him part of their family for life. Please, only serious enquiries from people who understand the needs of a large, energetic breed. This isn’t because Ralphie isn’t loved. It’s quite the opposite. I’m heartbroken, but I want him to have the happiest life possible. ❤️
