Meet Jenny Jones

Hi, I'm Jen. I am a Mum of three human children and a Mum of three doggy children. My children are Lily (12), Freddie (10) and Prim (8), my doggy children are Olive (6), Fern (4), and Pig (2). Olive is our original black Labrador, my sister bred her from her bitch Willow. Olive has had two litters of pups of her own and has been a wonderful Mum. We have had loads of Olives pups stay in the family, from the first litter we kept Fern and my Grandma kept a dog called Benji, as well as many others going to friends and more distant family. From Olives second litter my sister kept a bitch called Mabel and my sister in law kept a bitch called Winnie. As well as many other going to friends. Fern has now had her first litter of pup and is proving to be a wonderful Mum. Then onto Pig, Pig is a border collie, I own a small flock of sheep and thought it would make my life easier if I had a dog that could do some of the running around for me. This hasn't worked out 100% to plan, however she has made the most loving family pet and we would be lost without her. All of our dogs live in the home, we do try to get out during the shooting season as much as a busy life with work and three children who do numerous clubs allows. Although Olive and Fern don't get as much work as I would perhaps like they both do brilliantly when they are out for the day. Both have been incredibly easy to train. This seems to be a running theme with pups from this line, a local game keeper has one of the pups from Olives last litter, he has commented that Oli is the easiest pup he's ever trained and he picks things up incredibly fast.
